Landry's Restaurants declares dividend

Landry's Restaurants, the Houston company that owns the Golden Nugget hotel-casinos in downtown Las Vegas and Laughlin, declared a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share, payable April 25 to payable to stockholders of record on April 10.

Beasley Broadcast Group, a Naples, Fla., radio station operators with Las Vegas holdings, named Curtis Parcell general sales manager of its four-station Las Vegas cluster, which includes KDWN-AM (720), KKLZ-FM (96.3), KSTJ-FM (102.7) and KYCE-FM (104.3).

StoryBook Homes named Jeff Gifford vice president of construction, Richard Hill vice president of sales and marketing, Dave Benton project manager and Angel Stearns purchasing director.

The Dr. Miriam and Sheldon G. Adelson School in Summerlin named Emmanuel "Manny" Green science department chairman.

Clark County Credit Union named Bridget Duffy portfolio management team member at its Tenaya Way branch.

Bentley Group Real Estate Advisors moved its headquarters to 11920 Southern Highlands Parkway, Suite 100 and named Frank Sposato senior investment associate.

Southwest Title Co., named James York account executive.
