Ameristar names senior vice president

Ameristar Casinos, a Las Vegas-based casino operator, named Ray Neilsen corporate senior vice president. He adds this title to his other as co-chairman of the board.

In a statement, Ameristar said the promotion reflects Neilsen's assumption of an expanded role following the death of his father, company founder Craig Neilsen.

Patricia Farley Saavedra launched Human Resource Business Partners, a company managing human resources for small and midsized businesses, at 5215 S. Durango Drive, Suite 2.

Commerce CRG, a real estate brokerage, named Gary Cuff senior director, multifamily/investments, Lisa Riggs and Jeff Mitchell retail specialists and Ken Maramma marketing research specialist.

Alpha II Realty hired Cleone Johns as sales representative.

SK+G, an advertising agency, named Joaquin Rosales broadcast producer and Philipp Batalliato group creative director.
