At about 5:20 p.m., the female victim was walking in Coleman Park, 6336 Carmen Blvd., when she heard gunshots and ran off. She noticed blood from a gunshot wound on her left calf.
Porchay Banks, 24, is being held at the Clark County Detention Center and faces one count of accessory to murder in connection with a Friday afternoon shooting that left a man dead at an apartment complex on the 2000 block of Sunrise Avenue.
The shooting happened at an apartment complex on the 5300 block of East Craig Road.
The man, described as a Hispanic male in his 30s, was shot just after 1 p.m. in a Sunrise Avenue apartment, near Fremont Street and Eastern Avenue, the Metropolitan Police Department said.

The man who escaped North Las Vegas police custody in September, and was recaptured four days later, has now been linked to two additional August homicides, ballistics testing shows.
