Time extended for holiday bazaar entries

We've extended the deadline for nonprofit organizations and clubs to provide us with details for the Review-Journal's annual listing of holiday bazaars.

Often used by shoppers in search of one-of-a-kind-gifts, the list also focuses on events that raise money for good causes.

Nonprofit groups need to submit the name of the event, date, time, street address and examples of what will be for sale. An explanation of how the money raised will be used is another requirement. A contact name and daytime phone number - not for publication - also are necessary in case there are questions.

The deadline for providing the details is 5 p.m. Monday .

Send information to Holiday Bazaars, Features Department, Las Vegas Review-Journal, P.O. Box 70, Las Vegas, NV 89125-0700. Or fax it to 383-4676 or email it to mrhynes@review journal.com (with Holiday Bazaars in the subject line).

Further details are available by calling Madelon Hynes, 383-0306.

The listing is scheduled to appear in the Living section and online Oct. 7.
