Local time share developer’s CEO will be on reality TV series

Stephen Cloobeck, chief executive officer of time share developer Diamond Resorts, which is headquartered in Las Vegas, will take part in the CBS Television reality series "Undercover Boss."

Cloobeck will be on the premier episode of season three of the series, which airs at 8 p.m. on Jan. 15.

"Undercover Boss" is a show that has chief executives dress in disguise to interact with their employees.

According to CBS' "Undercover Boss" website, Cloobeck "journeys to the frontlines of his luxury resort and time share company for an unfiltered look inside the inner-workings of his corporation."

Diamond Resorts has properties in 28 countries.

Cloobeck is the second Las Vegas CEO to participate in the show. Last season, MGM Grand President Scott Sibella was featured on the series.
