Overturned tractor-trailer slows traffic on U.S 95-I-15 ramp
A tractor-trailer overturned Wednesday morning on the ramp of northbound U.S. Highway 95 leading to northbound Interstate 15.
Early in the morning the tractor-trailer was attempting a right turn when it turned onto its left side on the highway, according to Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Jeremie Elliott.
When the trailer overturned it spilled its contents, potted plants, in the dirt on the left side of the on ramp. A crane is working to upright the trailer and move it out of the way. Incoming traffic can still go around the area, but Elliott said the lane is intermittently closed and blocked with a tow truck.
The driver was taken to University Medical Center, sustaining minor injuries.
