The man found dead in some bushes in the central part of the Las Vegas Valley on Thursday night has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office. Las Vegas police officers found 36-year-old Marvin Lutin lying on his back on Flamingo Road near Swenson Street. Police said he died there.
