So the Republican National Convention will kick off in Tampa, Fla., on Monday. Spoiler alert: Romney wins.
You’d have to search the state with fairly sensitive instruments to find a more ardent supporter of Nevada’s Open Meeting Law than I am. But I don’t see any merit in the allegations that a violation of the law occurred that should keep a school district property tax measure from the ballot.
I’ve covered many a government meeting in my time, from a session of the U.S. Senate all the way down to the city council. And all those meetings usually begin the same way: with a prayer.
When computers were first invented, they took up entire rooms and cost a fortune.
