LETTER: Driver’s licenses and guns

In his March 31 letter to the Review-Journal on guns, Mark Wolfson noted that drivers are required to get adequate training and a license before being allowed to drive on public roadways. How exactly does this prevent someone from driving drunk?

I oppose taking away individual freedoms because of the actions of criminals.
