Michael “Luke” Atwell, 72, entered a not guilty plea through his attorney in court Monday. He was arrested at the school last week.
A judge set a $1 million bail for Alejandra Boudreaux, who was accused of breaking into Brandon Durham’s home before police responded, shooting and killing Durham.
Brandon Durham, 43, was shot and killed by a Las Vegas police officer in his home after reporting a break-in on Nov. 12.
