It’s crucial that Nevada revamp the emergency powers that are granted to our governor (Sunday editorial). Gov. Steve Sisolak still continues to cling to those powers after two long years. I

It says something very unflattering about the governor that he prefers a “one man rules” form of governance. Our Legislature must act to place reasonable limits on emergency powers.
