LETTER: Rewarding double-dippers

In response to Wednesday Review-Journal editorial opposing the Social Security Fairness Act:

The act should be voted down. It would repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision and the Government Pension Offset, both of which protect the American taxpayer from being taken advantage of. The act would provide a means to double dip on pensions. Stop this unfair act now.
