With all due respect, my hunch is that every single business owner and employee in Las Vegas wouldn’t think much of Mr. Sauer’s wall-across-the-California-state-line suggestion.

I can tell you what they are doing right: Lower limits, more favorable game rules, looser slots, free-flowing liquor comps, and more affordable food and beverage.
Stop voting for government employees. Get them out of elected office.
